Mark Edward Warden, age 49, of Route 2 Box 31, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center in Bluefield.
Born on May 24, 1963 in Bluefield, he was a son of Charles and Paulette Foster Warden of Bluefield. He had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield and was a member of the Bible Baptist Church. He was a former corrections officer in Beaver. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and served during Desert Storm.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Luther Warden, Gladys Warden Trent, and Paul & Dakrie Foster.

Daughter: Lena Warden of Sacramento, CA
Stepson: John Navy of Fredericksburg, VA
Sister: Patricia Tibbs and husband Jimmy of Ballard
Grandson: Curtis Thompson of Sacramento, CA
2 step-granchildren: Megan and Aaron Navy of Bluefield
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Raymond Klaiber officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton where military honors will be performed by the US Air Force Honor Guard. His best friends and fellow bikers, David Orander, Kenny Williams, Mike Farmer, David Beck, Jack Hill, Kendal Cretell and Jonathan Wimmer will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Saturday prior to services, from 12:00-1:00 at the service.
