Roy Earl Landers Roy Earl Landers, age 82, of Ormond Beach, FL, and formerly of Bluefield, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 20112 at the Avante Health & Rehab Center in Ormond Beach. Born on March 17, 1930 in Huntington, he was a son of the late Robert and Carl Alberta Hendricks Landers. He was a retired hardware salesman and formerly worked for Bluefield Hardware Company. He was a veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include: Wife: Lorraine Tibbs Landers of the home 2 daughters: Susan Borich and husband Joe of Ormond Beach, FL Pat Cheney and husband Richard of Ormond Beach, FL 3 grandchildren: Bryan Stepp, Alena Borich, and Doug Walters 1 great granddaughter: Lia Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Fred Toney officiating. Burial will follow at Monte Vista Park Cemetery in Bluefield with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Saturday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
