Blanche Lora Kitts

Blanche Lora Kupner Kitts, age 84, of 3140 Sandlick Road, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at her home. Born on February 24, 1928 in Ellington, MO, she was a daughter of the late Alen and Otha McBride. She had been a resident of Sandlick for many years and attended the Sandlick Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ralph Kupner; and her second husband, Emory Kitts. Survivors include: 2 sons: Ralph V. Kupner, Jr. of Sandlick Steve A. Kupner of Sandlick 3 daughters: Margaret Noel of NC Judy Spears of NH Bonnie Phipps of Nemours 11 grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren Private family graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton with Rev. Larry Dyer officiating. Burial will follow with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Those family members wishing to attend are asked to meet at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell on Wednesday by 10:00AM. Private viewing for family will be conducted on Tuesday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
