Benny Darwin Clay, Jr.

Benny Darwin Clay Jr. age 36 of Princeton, WV, died Tuesday May 28, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. Born November 7th 1975 in Bluefield; he was the son of the late Benny and Claudine Clay. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Benny Darwin Clay III; Three brothers Billy Casey; Wallace Casey; and Ricky Casey. He is survived by two sons Jonathan Clay and Nathan Clay both of the home. One brother Doug Casey and wife Diane of Bluefield; Five sisters Mary Smith and husband David of Bluefield; Tammy Roope and husband Kevin of Radford; Barbara Smith of Bluefield Va.; Sharon Childress of Vansant Va.; Malisa Clay of Bluefield and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Cravens-Shires to help with expenses. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Barry Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where Timmy Byrd; Tony Byrd; Anthony Lewis; Mark Franklin; Derek Edwards; Billy Asbury; Ronnie Cruise; Thomas Lovell and Ray Lewis will serve as pallbearers.
