Ellen E. Huffman

Ellen E. Miller Huffman, 82, of Gloucester, VA, formerly of Bluefield, WV and Rock, WV went to meet her Savior on May 10, 2012. She was born on August 27, 1929 in Montcalm, WV to the late Troy and Hazel Miller. She was a loving wife and mother and was preceded in death in by the love of her life, Jimmie, in 1983. In addition to her parents and husband she was also preceded in death by an infant son, brother, L.T. Miller, Jr., and sister, Rita Miller Helmandollar. Survivors include: daughters, Debbie McHaffa and husband, Richard of Stuarts Draft, VA and Tammie Jones of Gloucester, VA. She is also survived by grandchildren, Libbie Ventiquattro, and husband Tony, Evan McHaffa and wife Sara, and Duncan Jones. Great-grandchildren, Marissa and Cameron Ventiquattro, and Kali and Liam McHaffa, sister, Billie Miller Huffman of Williamsburg, VA. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted by Minister Frankie Watkins at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 13, 2012 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park, Princeton, WV. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 12, from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
