William David Lewis

William David “Dave” Lewis, age 58, of PO Box 353 (Titan Lane), Montcalm, WV, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at his residence. Born on March 4, 1954 in Princeton, he was a son of the late Donald and Mary Francis Cardwell Lewis. He had been a resident of Princeton for 57 years and had just recently moved to Montcalm. He was a retired carpenter and was a member of the Princeton Moose Lodge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, George and John E. Lewis; and 3 sisters, Loretta Shrader, Margie Jean Jennings, and Virginia Kay Sargeant. Survivors include: Wife: Dranda “Dee” Persiani Lewis of the home Sons: Brandon B. Lewis of Bedford, VA David W.M. Lewis of the home 1 daughter: Dranda Angelique “Angel” Lewis 2 beautiful grandsons whom he loved more than life itself: Tyran William Blake Lewis and Connor Reece Lewis of Beford, VA 2 brothers: Donald Lewis of Bluefield and Danny Lewis of Princeton 5 sisters: Connie Whitt of Princeton Ruby Lewis of Princeton Mary Lewis of Princeton Sarah Edwards of Galax, VA Darlene Lewis of Bluefield Beloved Sister in Law: Tina Lewis of Princeton Mother in law: Dranda Mooney and husband Stacey of Goodview, VA Father in law: Jackie Persiani and wife Bessie of Northfork Brother in law: Jackie Persiani and wife Courtney of Goodview, VA Lots and lots of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews that he loved very much Memorial services will be conducted on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at 3:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Larry Dyer and Rev. Mac McBride officiating. Friends may call on Sunday from 1:00-3:00 at the funeral home.
