Kenneth Ray “Gomer” Shrader, age 56, of 1134 Old Athens Road, Princeton, WV, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Princeton Community Hospital.
Born on August 28, 1955 in Sandlick, he was a son of the late Carl Cletus and Kathlene Gay Brown Shrader. He had been a resident of Princeton for 40 years and was of the Baptist faith. He attended Montcalm High School and served in the US Marines from 1974-76. He was a coal miner and worked in Itman for several years before working at Crane Creek for 7 years. He was retired with 26 years from the City of Princeton as a street sweeper.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a grandson, Austin Shrader Dunn; and a son in law, Shawn Dunn.

He was called Paw -Paw by several children and was loved by everyone who knew him
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Michael Hartwell officiating.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 12:00-1:00 PM at the funeral home.
