Courtney Nicole Hagy

Courtney Nicole Hagy, age 19, of Columbia Drive (PO Box 123) Falls Mills, VA, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in Bramwell from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Born on October 12, 1992 in Princeton, she was a daughter of Michael Hagy and Patricia Moretto Jennings. She was a 2011 graduate of Graham High School and attended Bluefield State College. She was a cashier at Burger King in Brushfork. She had lived in Falls Mills for most of her life. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Judy Hagy. Survivors include: Father: Michael Hagy of Bramwell Mother and stepfather: Patricia Moretto Jennings and husband Carl of Falls Mills, VA Half brother: Jordan Hagy of Bramwell Half Sister: Nataleigh Jennings of Falls Mills Maternal Grandparents: Tony and Judy Moretto of Rt. 1, Bluefield Paternal Grandfather: Earl Hagy of Bramwell Aunts and uncles: Barbara and Danny Singleton and their children Brandon and Victoria Kathy Craig and her daughter Kristin Sherry and Luis Nordlund and their children Brittany and Tony Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 1:30 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Tracy Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call on Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
