Maxine Birdie Lee Sigmon 81 of Rt.1 Box 153 Bluefield, WV passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at her residence.
She was born March 01, 1930 in Durhing, WV to the late George and Etta Pierce Hurst. Maxine had been a resident of Rt. 20 for the past 21 years was a member of Pine Grove Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 65 years James Sigmon, one son Reggie Sigmon and one grandson Bobby Burgess.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 11:00 am at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV with Minister Gary Lamie officiating the service. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, WV where Richard Sigmon II, Justin Neel, Mark Neel, Charles Goode and Joe Thompson will be serving as pallbearers.
