Leslie Kay Fitzko, age 60, of Route 2 Box 55-A (Montcalm), Rock, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 28, 2011 after a long battle with cancer. Born on October 5, 1951 in Bluefield, she was a daughter Rosalee Miller of Memphis, TN and the late Lester Duncan. She was a loving wife and mother. She loved spending time with her dogs and walking out to her apple tree. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved watching her husband and boys hang their deer. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter looking at her family pictures. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Chester and Evie Miller. Survivors include: Loving husband: Jack Fitzko of the home 3 sons: Tony Fitzko and wife Christina of Brushfork, Micky Fitzko and wife Cheri of Montcalm, Jason Fitzko and wife Michelle of Bramwell 1 Daughter: Tina Syva and husband Rob of Middletown, DE 4 grandchildren: Emory, Ashley, Matthew, and Tyler Sister: Sharon Duncan of New Castle, DE 3 brothers: Steve Duncan of Wilmington,DE, Greg Duncan of Little Rock, DE, Chris Duncan of Memphis, TN, 3 nieces: Angela, Nikki, and Dominique Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 6:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Oliver Hill officiating. Burial will follow at a later date at the Fitzko Family Cemetery in Rock. Friends may call on Friday from 4:00-6:00 PM at the funeral home.
