Martha Lou Hoback

Pearisburg, VA- Martha Lou Hoback, 55, of 900 Locust Dr. , Pearisburg, VA, passed away Saturday October 29, 2011 at a Princeton Community Hospital. Born November 20, 1955 in Bluefield, WV, she was a daughter of Lila Clower Aker of Bluefield and the late Finley Hager Eldridge. Martha had been a resident of Pearisburg for the last five years and was a devoted homemaker and a loving mother. Survivors include her mother; Lila Clower Aker, two sons; Billy Ray Dudley, Jr. of Princeton, WV, Rodney Lee Hoback, Jr. of Dublin, VA, a daughter; Lisa Spraker and husband Timothy of Oviedo, FL, three brothers; James Eldridge of Montcalm, WV, Hager Eldridge of Greensboro, NC, Roger Eldridge of Orlando, FL, two sisters; Cammy Nunley of Falls Mills, VA, Katherine Stanley of Bluefield, WV, five grandchildren; Brandy Spraker, Courtney Spraker, Kayla Spraker, Austin Dudley, Josh Dudley, and a special friend; Allen Dowdy of Eggleston, VA. Funeral services for Mrs. Hoback will be conducted from the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel located in Bluewell on Friday November 4, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Ed Fisher officiating. Friends may call Thursday November 3, 2011 from 6:00P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home.
