Douglas Franklin Lewis 69 of 126 Lynn Street Bluefield, West Virginia passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center in Bluefield, West Virginia. Douglas was born on Monday, July 13, 1942 in Washington County, Virginia to late William and Mary Frances Lester Lewis. Douglas had lived in Bluefield for his entire life and was a retired tree trimmer. Survivors Include: Two Sons: William Lewis of Bluefield, West Virginia Douglas Lewis of Stanley, North Carolina Two Daughters: Mary Lewis of Columbia, Virginia Teresa Lewis of Tazewell, Virginia Three Brothers: George Lewis of Richmond, Virginia Ronnie Lewis of Ada, West Virginia Joe Lewis of Rocky Gap, Virginia Four Sisters: Josephine Foran of Bluefield, West Virginia Margaret Lewis Johnson of Bristol, Virginia Marie Smith of Louisiana Dollie Pitts of Romulus, Michigan And three grandchildren Memorial service will be held for Mr. Lewis on Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, West Virginia with Randy Phelps and Roland J.
