BLUEFIELD, WV---Frank Lewis Wright, Sr. age 87, of PO Box 34 (34 Holly Hills estates) Bluefield, WV, formerly of Roanoke, VA passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at the V.A. Hospital in Beckley, WV.Born September 9, 1924 Mr. Wright was the son the late George Wright, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Cumb. Mr. Wright had worked construction and was a proud WWII Navy Veteran. He was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by Four brothers, Leo, Randolph, George, and John Wright; Step-brother, Thomas Wright; Step-son, Lindon Taylor. Survivors include, his loving wife Evelyn Perdue Wright of Bluefield, WV. Two sons, Frank Lewis Wright, Jr. and wife Kathie of Virginia Beach, VA Dane Wright and wife Jill of Roanoke, VA One daughter, Jule Wright Atkinson and husband Jim of Roanoke, VA Step-son, Anthony Taylor and wife Treva of Charlotte, NC Step-daughter-in-law, Carol Taylor of Bluefield, WV Fourteen Grandchildren and Fifteen Great-grandchildren It was Mr. Wright’s wishes to be cremated and no services will be held.
