Haven Robert Robinette, Jr. (Robbie) ,64, of Montcalm, West Virginia went to be with the Lord after a battle with cancer Friday, September 30, 2011 in Tazewell, Tennessee.
Haven was born on December 6, 1946 in Bluefield, WV to the late Minnie Ownes Robinette and Haven Robinette, Sr. Haven attended Montcalm High School and Bluefield State College. After college he was employed by Ammar’s, Inc., AB Wholesale Company of Bluefield, Virginia for 26 years. Haven proudly served in the United State Army in Vietnam.
He is survived by many cousins and host of other friends.

Loving first cousin Sandra (Susie) and her husband, Pastor Jim McMurray, for taking care of Robbie during his time of need. Their loving and tender compassionate care helped him along his journey.
Special co-workers: Brenda Browning for taking him under her wings and expediting many facets of his business.
Also his confidants: Jimmy Belcher, John Lewis, Ron Buford, Gary Hager and various warehouse personnel that he cherished.
The family will receive friends at Cravens Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield, West Virginia on Monday, October 3, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral service to celebrate his life will follow on Monday evening October 03, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. with Pastors Aaron Watkins, Pastor Jim McMurray, and Pastor Bart Wynegar officiating.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10:30 Tuesday morning at Roselawn Cemetery (Roselawn Memorial Gardens), 405 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV. Those wishing to attend the services are asked to meet at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home by 10:00 a.m.
