Kathy Jo Burns

Bluefield- Kathy Jo Burns, 53, of Rt.3 Box 568, Bluefield, WV, went to be with the Lord Wednesday September 21, 2011. Born July 5, 1958 in Sandlick, WV, she was a daughter of Carol Shrader Aniel of Rt. 3 Bluefield, WV and the late Arnold Aniel . She attended the Rogers Street Community Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers; Stephen and Brian Hazelwood. Maternal grandparents; Virgil and Mae Shrader, and paternal grandparents; Luther and Virgie Hazelwood. She leaves behind her mother Carol Shrader Aniel of Rt. 3 Bluefield, WV, two daughters; Amanda Mitchem and husband Albert of Colliers, WV, Amber Reed of Princeton, WV, a son Chad Blevins of Princeton, WV, a brother Jeff and wife Teresa Aniel of Sandlick, a step-sister; Terri Aniel of Princeton, WV, four grandchildren; Alyssa, Jared, and Hannah Mitchem, Preston Reed, and a nephew Fletch Aniel. Funeral services for Kathy Burns will be conducted from the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel Saturday September 24, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. with the Bishop Albert Mitchem and the Minister Eugene Pennington officiating. Burial will follow at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery located in Princeton, WV. Serving the family as pallbearers will be; Jeff and Fletch Aniel, Chris Shrader, Chad Blevins, Mike Belton, and Robert Lester.
