Maybeury- Nancy Victoria Sells The world lost a part of its heart on August 8, 2011, our mother and friend, Nancy Victoria Sells. She lost her battle with this life and has gone on to her heavenly home to be with her Lord and her family that has gone on before her. She was a woman whose kindred spirit and gentle ways left a mark in many people’s lives. She will be truly missed, but fondly remembered by those who knew her. Her life was an open book, which was enjoyed to the fullest and shared by all. Her family was her life. Such a selfless woman, whom always had such a sweet smile and a warm hug for anyone she came in contact with. Gardening was one of her passions. Many people remarked about her love for flowers. Her gardens were immaculate to say the least. She loved all seasons. She always had kind words for everyone. She loved to be surrounded by her family and dear friends, whom were many. Momma, you will always be alive in our hearts, but, we know that you have gone on to a much better place and that you are finally at peace. You always said that you felt so richly blessed to have your family, but, what you didn’t know was that “WE” were the ones that were blessed to have been born unto you. We love you momma. I hope you dance…May you rest in heavenly peace …Heaven just got another Angel. Born December 31, 1923 in Leckie, WV, she was a daughter of the late William Avery and Nannie Osborne Johnson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years; Roby Sells, Jr., two children; a son, Bradley Sells and a daughter; Renee Overton, two grandchildren; Joey and Brandon Sells, six sisters, and a brother. Survivors include four sons; Joe and wife Vickie Sell of Bluefield, WV, David Sells of the home, Sammy and wife Wanda Sells of Abingdon, VA, Timmy and wife Lisa Sells and Murphy, NC, three daughters; Pamela Young of Winchester, IN, Tina Lambert of Princeton, WV, Robin Jennings of Bluewell, WV, two special grandchildren whom she raised as her own; Tonya and husband Bobby Mills of Bluefield, VA, Michael and wife Paula Sells of Baltimore, MD, aq special niece; Deanna Greavu of Brooklyn, NY, a sister; Vernia Yates of Kernersville, NC, fifteen additional grandchildren; Christopher Sells and companion Jennifer of Bluefield, WV, Douglas Day and wife Angie of Winchester, IN, Matthew Day and wife Bobbie of Winchester, IN, Susie Sells and companion Willie Pigg of Browning Lambert Mtn., Montcalm, WV, Samantha Sells and companion Joe Younger of Bluefield, WV, Eric Lambert of Princeton, WV, Shannon Lambert and companion Everett Lane of Bramwell, WV, Alecia Hartwell and husband Aaron of Windmill Gap/Coaldale, WV, Jill Sells and companion Jerry Poore of Maybeury, WV, Sara Jennings of Bluewell, WV, Jason Sells of VA, B.J. Sells and companion Ashley Carver of Montcalm, WV, Kayley and Kendyl Sells of Murphy, NC, Nancy Overton of Bramwell, WV, Jamie Overton of Montcalm, WV, and seventeen great-grandchildren. Funeral service for Mrs. Sells will be conducted Friday August12, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. from the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel located in Bluewell, WV with Pastor Larry Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery located in Bluewell, WV. Serving the family as pallbearers will be grandsons; Michael Sells, Eric Lambert, B.J. Sells, Christopher Sells, Doug Day, Matthew Day, Bobby Lee Mills, Bobby D. Mills, and Everett Lane. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday August 11, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
