Beulah Francis Shrader

Beulah Francis Shrader, age 86, of 1350 Fincastle Farm Road, Bluefield, VA, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2011 at the GlenWood Park Retirement Village. Born on June 27, 1925 in Goodwill, she was a daughter of the late Kelly and Mary Dotson Dillon. She had been a former resident of Freeman for 61years and was a member of the Bramwell United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker and was a loving wife, mother and granny. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grayson Estil Shrader; a son, Paul D. Shrader; and four sisters, Pearl Goins, Bertha Haas, Gladys Kirby, and Opal Helmandollar. Survivors include: Daughter: Cathy Yost and husband Greg of Bluefield, VA 4 grandchildren: Jessica Shrader Curtis and Jarrett of Sarasota, FL Joshua Shrader and Karen of Richmond, VA Matthew Yost of Bluefield, VA Bradley Yost of Bluefield, VA 3 great grandchildren: Samantha Shrader of Richmond, VA Victoria Curtis of Sarasota, FL Sawyer Shrader of Richmond, VA 1 brother: Kelly “Tom” Dillon and Dixie of OH 2 sisters: Helen Edwards of Bluewell Janet Dale of Durhing Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, August 5, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Rick Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell. Friends may call on Friday from 10:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home.
