Our mother, Myrtle M. Belcher, age 92, of Rt. 4, Bluefield, WV went to be with the LORD on Saturday, April 16, 2011.
Born on April 21, 1918 in Beckley, she was a daughter of the late William Ezekiel and Annie Lee Long Brooks. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Willie Clarence (Bill) Belcher; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters. She was the last survivor of her immediate family. She had been a resident of Bluefield since 1963. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
We all loved her and will miss her so much. We know she is with GOD and our Father whom she longed to be with again. Rest in peace in GOD’S arms mother. One day we will all be together again.
