Clara Helen Lovelace, age 76, of 536 Raines Road, Easley, South Carolina, formerly of Bluewell, died on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at her the residence of her son in Easley. Born on February 18, 1934 in Bluefield, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Watson and Brenda Victoria Perdue Neal. She was a member of the Providence Baptist Church in Berea, SC. She had formerly worked at the Stop & Save Store in Bluefield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Lovelace; sisters, Fannie Hawks, Evelyn Caudill, and Cleo Mathena; and brothers Gus, William, Hubert, and Joe Neal. Survivors: Sons: William V. Lovelace of Easley, SC Jeffery S. Lovelace of Easley, SC Kenneth S. Lovelace of Easley, SC Daughters-in-Law: Loretta B. Lovelace of Easley, SC Bother: Frank Neal of Morgantown, IN Sisters: Pauline Burton of Bluefield, WV Frances Neal of Richmond, VA Kathlene Neal of Tampa, FL Grandchildren: Joshua Lovelace and Aaron Lovelace Step-Grandchildren: Jason Smith and Michelle Barton Great-Grandchildren: Chris Lovelace, Amber Lovelace, and Kaitlyn Lovelace Step-great-grandchildren: Jarod Barton, Logan Smith, and Hailey Smith Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. James Milam officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Her sons and family will be serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. The family is accepting online condolences at www.cravens-shires.com. The Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
