Della M. Robinette Shinault, 95, of Rt. 5 Bluefield, WV passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2011 to be with her Heavenly Father at The Maples Nursing Home in Bluefield, WV. Born on September 12, 1915 in Bluefield, WV she was the daughter of the late Mason Joe and Millie Davis Robinette. She was a lifelong resident of Bluefield, WV and was a homemaker and loved serving the LORD all of her life. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother and friend to all. She was a member of the Liberty Chapel Church in Brushfork, WV. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Clarence Shinault, two sons; Roger Shinault and David Shinault, three sisters; Virginia Stegall, Hazel Mullins, and Magdaline Prince. Survivors include her children; five sons, A.V. “Vernard” Shinault and wife Elizabeth of Bluefield, WV, Clarence Eugene Shinault and wife Virginia of Bluefield, WV, Billy Joe Shinault and wife Fannie of Bluefield, WV, Douglas Shinault and companion Connie of Bluefield, WV, Richard Shinault of Max Meadows, VA, two daughters; Letha F. Wiley and husband Aaron C. of Falls Mills, VA, and Oleta G. Nunley and husband Bobby of Bluefield, WV; twenty-five grandchildren, forty-three great-grandchildren, and special nieces; Doris Gross, Susan Cox, Patti Mullins, Barbara Rider. Funeral services for Mrs. Shinault will be conducted Saturday March 12, 2011 at 2P.M. at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel located in Princeton, WV with ministers David Nunley and Jim Mullins officiating. David Holston will be a Soloist. Graveside rites will immediately follow. Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons. Condolences may be sent to the family at cravens-shires.com.
