Chuck was born on February 06, 1956 in Bluefield, WV to Charles Thomas Arnold Sr. and Nellie Dale Arnold. He was a graduate of Bluefield High School and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Chuck was a former coal miner and construction worker. He had been a resident of Bluefield for all of his life.
