Lacy Fox

Lacy Fox, age 73, of PO Box 624, Pocahontas, VA passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at a Tazewell hospital. Born on November 18, 1937 in Pocahontas, VA, he was a son of the late Sonny Lail and Lovey Ann Fox. He had been a lifelong resident of Pocahontas and formerly worked at Maple Hill Cemetery for the Town of Bluefield, Virginia. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andy and Dana Fox, and Lovey Presley. Survivors include: Wife: Janet Bailey Fox of the home Son: Brian Lacy Fox and wife Betty of Princeton Adopted daughter: Alyce Fox Blevins and wife Roger of Glade Spring, VA 1 grandson: Conner Waylan Fox of Glade Springs, VA Aunt: Wanda Fox Compton of Pocahontas, VA Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 3:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. James Milam. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell. Friends may call on Wednesday from 2:00-3:00 PM at the funeral home.
