Lucy Ann Perkins

BLUEFIELD,WV---Lucy Ann Perkins, age 68, of 409 Stowers Street Bluefield, WV passed away Friday, July 23, 2010 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. Born September 6, 1942 in Bluefield, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Violet Dillow Proffitt. Ms. Perkins was a lifelong resident of Bluefield where she was homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Harvey Proffitt; her special companion, William Yearout who passed away on July 20, 2010 Survivors include, One son, Richard Dillow of Norfolk, VA One brother, Johnny Dillow of FT. Worth, TX One sister, Delila Farmer of Bluefield, WV One aunt, Edith French of Bluefield, WV Many cousins. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell, WV with Rev. Jim Milam officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Bluewell, WV. Friends may call Tuesday, July 27, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
