Howard Deleano Davidson

Howard Deleano Davidson, Sr., age 74, of Rt. 1, Box 106, Bramwell, WV (Coaldale) died on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born on March 20, 1936 in Coaldale, he was a son of the late Clifton and Ruby Anna Lawson Davidson. He had lived in Coaldale his entire life and was retired from Gary #14 Coal Mine with 35 years of service. He was a member of the UMWA and the National Rifle Association. He was of the Holiness Faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Clifton Bruce Davidson and William Davidson; and a grandson, Willie Jarvis. Davidson, Jr. and wife Tammy of Rural Retreat, VA Daughters: Alice Diane Kinser and husband Richard of Bluewell Evonne Melody Davidson of Princeton Brother: Harold Davidson of Cincinnati, OH 6 Grandchildren Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 5, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Kenneth Abrams officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call from 10:00 – 11:00 AM prior to the service.
