Diana Simons O'Quinn

BLUEFIELD, VA---Diana Simons O’Quinn age 54, of 619 Cardinal Street Bluefield, VA passed away Monday, September 20, 2010 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born March 23, 1956 at Bluefield, WV she was the daughter of Jimmy and Janice Puckett Simons of Bluefield, WV. Mrs. O’Quinn had worked at Bluefield Supply, Grubb Photo, and for the past 15 years she had worked in the accounting department at Ammar’s Inc. in Bluefield, VA. She was an active member of the Memorial Baptist Church in Bluefield, VA where she worked with the youth and others in the church. Diana had a pleasant personality with an infectious smile and loved being around people. In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband Thomas E. O’Quinn of the home In Bluefield, VA One sister, Kimberly Jones and husband Henry of Bluefield, WV One brother, Joe Simons and wife Debbie of Front Royal, VA One Uncle, Robert Simons and wife Vickie of Bluefield, WV Two Aunts, Phyllis Hartwell of Bluefield, WV Lorraine Hall of Bluefield, WV Two-sisters-in-law, Theresa Gibson of Bluefield, WV Patricia Mariotti of Wytheville, VA One brother-in-law Johnny O’Quinn of Bluewell, WV Several Nieces and Nephews. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 23, 2010 at Memorial Baptist Church Bluefield, VA. with Rev. Lacy Brooks officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA. Friends may call 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Memorial Baptist Church in Bluefield, VA. Elwood Porshia, Gary Lampert, Steve Scott Jr., Larry Mulkey, Dal Bourne, and Jack Honaker will serve as Pallbearers.
