Mary Austen McVicker Gilbert Fudge

Mary Austen McVicker Gilbert Fudge, 78, of Bluefield, West Virginia formerly of Akron, Ohio passed away on December 05, 2009 following a lengthy illness. She was born July 04, 1931 in Manheim, West Virginia to the late Truman and Nell Teter McVicker. She was preceded in death by her first husband John A. Gilbert III and by her second husband Jasper Fudge. Mary is survived by her sons John A. Gilbert IV and wife Debbie of Bluefield, West Virginia, James F. Gilbert and wife Gwen of St. George, West Virginia. Daughter Kathrn A. Gilbert Kandas and husband Dan of Bluefield, West Virginia. Grandchildren Julie A. Gilbert McKelvey, James T. Gilbert, Kelsey R. Gilbert and Tate Daniel Kandas. Memorial service will be held on Friday, December 11, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Bluefield, West Virginia with Rev. W.D. Hasty officiating the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local animal shelter.
