Joyce Ann Gover, 65, of Lincolnton, North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, May 06, 2009 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Morristown, North Carolina. Joyce was born on February 12, 1944 in Odd, West Virginia to Gladys Murray Church and the late Jessie Church. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by three brothers Jackie Thomas Church, Johnny Ray Church, Pete Walter Church and one sister Rita Wilcox Left to cherish her memory: Her mother: Gladys Murray Church of Lincolnton, North Carolina Three daughters: Carolyn Gover of Baltimore, Maryland, Donna Gonzellas of Baltimore, Maryland and Tammy Ownes of Iaeger, West Virginia. Two Brothers: Robert Williams Church of Princeton, West Virginia and Jessie Franklin Church of Princeton, West Virginia. One Sister: Dianne Peaks of Lincolnton, North Carolina. 11 Grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The visitation previously listed for Sunday evening and funeral following on Monday has been cancelled. There will be no public services for Ms. Gover.
