Judith Gail Lambert Rotenberry

Judith Gail Lambert-Rotenberry, 67, of Pulaski, VA, formerly of Welch WV passed away at Pulaski Hospital on Thursday, July 15, 2010. Born on February, 21, 1943 in Welch, she was the daughter of the late Henry Lambert and Ruth Lambert-Collins. She was retired from the McDowell County board of Education. She was previously a volunteer firefighter, an EMT and CPR instructor/trainer and was an affiliate member of the West Virginia American Heart Association. Judy loved flowers, crafts, baking and spending time with her family at Claytor Lake. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant son Mark David Rotenberry. Survivors include her devoted and loving husband of 50 years, Jerry A. Rotenberry Sr.; one sister, Bea Warner; Mother-in-Law, Elsie Rotenberry; her daughter and caretaker, Christy Rotenberry; her son Jerry Rotenberry Jr., and wife Kathy. Grandchildren: Jerry Rotenberry III and wife Meagan; Rachel Bauer and husband Craig; Samuel Gregory; and Melissa Rotenberry. Great-Grandchildren: Abigail Main; Elijah Bauer; Jerry Rotenberry IV and soon to be Katelyn Brooke Rotenberry. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Johnny Howlett officiating. Friends may call prior to the services on Friday from 6:00 – 7:00 PM with family calling from 5:00-6:00 PM. Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday at 2:00 PM at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the funeral home by 1:30 PM. Online condolences will be accepted at www.cravens-shires.com Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell is serving the family.
