William Edward Thore

William Edward Thore, age 60, of PO Box 325 Kearnysville, WV formerly of Jenkinjones, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at a Charles Town hospital. Born on March 30, 1950 in Bluefield, he was a son of the late Edward B. and Betty Jean Johnson Thore. He had been a resident of Kearnysville for 10 years and was of the Holiness faith. He was a precast fabricator for the America Cast Company. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Donald Eugene Thore and Roger Dean Thore; and a sister, Debbie Lynn Bolden. Survivors include: 1 daughter: Norma Kay Phillips of Thomasville, NC 2 grandchildren 1 brother: James D. Thore of Kearnysville 3 sisters: Patricia Darlene Shoun and Douglas of Kearnysville Linda Sue Coleman and Tommy of Manassas, VA Barbara Ann Miller and Roger of Anawalt Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Cecil Watkins officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Sunday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
