Ruth Ann Belt

Ruth Ann Belt, age 62, of 1038 James Street, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at her residence. Born on May 4, 1948 in Welch, she was a daughter of the late Albert Lee and Helen Virginia Meade Rushbrook. She was a graduate of Morris Harvey School of Nursing in Charleston and was a former nursing supervisor for St. Luke’s Hospital where she retired in 1992. Survivors include: 2 sons: Dr. Randy Lee Belt and wife Whitney of Johnson City, TN Louis Belt and wife Tonya of Bluefield, WV 1 granddaughter: Riley Lynn Belt of Johnson City, TN 1 brother: Charles Rushbrook and wife Vickie of Bramwell 1 sister: Virginia Taylor of Richmond, VA Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Lay Speaker Virginia Green officiating. Burial will follow at a later date at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell. Friends may call on Saturday from 12:00-1:00 PM at the funeral home.
