William Garnet Whited

William Garnet Whited, 65, of Rt. 3 Box 756 Bluefield, WV (Lorton Lick Road) went home to be with the LORD on October 04, 2010 after a long illness. Born on June 30, 1945 in Bluefield, WV he was the son of the late Garnet and Irene Coburn Whited. He had been a resident of Rt. 3 Bluefield for 39 years. He was employed at Pemco Corporation as a Store Room supervisor for 25 years. Survivors include his: Wife of 42 years Peggy Ann (Stafford) Whited of the Home Brothers: Wade Whited of Bluefield, VA Larry Whited and wife Debbie of Bluefield, WV Sisters: Ellen Rutledge of North Tazewell, VA Alice Green and husband Walter of Stanfield, NC Wanda Burton of Rocky Gap, VA Judy Bailey and husband Donnie of Princeton, WV He is survived by several nieces and nephews Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, October 06, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, WV with the Bishop Mike York officiating Those wishing to attend the graveside services are asked to meet at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV by 10:30 a.m. Pallbearers will be N.B.
