Cora B. Davidson

Cora B. Davidson, age 91, of Fremont, died on Friday, May 29, 2009 at St. Joseph Residence in New London. She was born on September 1, 1917 in Crystal, West Virginia, On January 1, 1934, Cora married Stewart Davidson in Vaughn, West Virginia. He preceded her in death on October 13, 1979. Cora enjoyed crafts, fishing and collecting antiques. Cora is survived by a daughter, Evelania(Bob)Jones, New London, a son, Oakley S.(Lois)Davidson, Jr. Weyauwega, three grandchildren, Lisa(Mike)Gruel, Ohio, Vicki(Scott)Paap, Greenville, and Darrell(Pat)Jones, Pennsylvania, four great-grandchildren, April Jones, Garett Paap, Riley Gruel, and Jasper Gruel, a sister, Florence Vaughn, West Virginia. Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 6, 2009 at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, West Virginia at 2:00 PM. Entombment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Bluewell, West Virginia. Friends may call at the Lewin Funeral Home, Fremont on Monday June1,2009 from 5:00 – 8:00PM. A memorial fund has been has been established for St Joseph Residence, New London.
