Rosie Repass

Rosie Martin Repass, age 92, of Route 3 Box 425-A, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2009 at her residence. Born on March 2, 1917 in Dott, she was a daughter of the late Harve and Pearl Holloway Martin. She had been a resident of Mercer County for 55 years and was a member of the Montcalm Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Repass; 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include: 1 son: Eddie Repass and wife Becky of Bluefield 4 daughters: Patty Webb and husband Carnes of Montcalm Christine Harrison of Princeton Marilyn Miles and husband Freddy of Bluefield Rosemary Helmondollar and husband Eddie of Emma, KY 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Minister Gary Lamie and Rev. R. C. Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with grandsons serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
