Michael Anthony Bryant

Michael Anthony Bryant, age 48, of 116 Brown Farms Drive, Cleveland, NC, formerly Gary, died on Monday, May 11, 2009 in Statesville. Born on August 19, 1960, in Welch, he was a son of Mary Goins Bryant of Gary and the late Roger Bryant. He was a graduate of Gary High School. He had been a resident of Cleveland, NC for 15 years and was an auto worker for Daimler Chrysler for 10 years. He was a member of the United Auto Workers of America. Survivors include: Mother: Mary Goins Bryant of Gary Wife: Debra Green Bryant of the home Son: Michael Steven Bryant of the home Daughter: April Nichole Bryant of the home Brother: Butch Bryant and wife Rita of Statesville, NC Sister: Vinnie Martha Hollamon of Newton, NC Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 4:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Roy Sharp and David Triplett officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell. Pallbearers will be Pete Mitchell, Phillip Dillon, Paul Brooks, Jody Brooks, Josh Little, and Jeff Small. Friends may call from 2:00 – 4:00 PM prior to the service on Thursday.
