Evelyn Dimple Willis, age 91, of Cross Lanes, WV and formerly of College Avenue, Bluefield, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at the Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston.
She was a daughter of the late L. C. and Martha Browning Kiser and had been a resident of Bluefield since 1965. She attended Concord College, was a retired school teacher having taught 30 years in Mingo and Mercer Counties. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bluefield.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, Willard Willis; a son, Thomas Willis; 6 brothers and 3 sisters. She was the last surviving member of her family.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Edward Fisher officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.
Friends may call on Saturday from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
