Linda Ann Kaczynski

Linda Ann Kaczynski, age 58, of 60 Summers St. Welch, WV, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2010 in Wytheville, VA from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Born on January 29, 1952 in Uniontown, PA, she was a daughter of William and Ann Stewart of Uniontown, PA. She had been a resident of Welch for 36 years and was a member of the St. Peters Catholic Church in Welch. She was a retired school teacher with McDowell County Board of Education and was a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International and the Professional Honorary Society of Women Educators. Linda taught at several McDowell County schools through the years: Davy Elementary School, Fall River Elementary School, Gary Elementary School and Welch Elementary School. She received her undergraduate degree from the California University of Pennsylvania and her Master쳌fs in Education from Marshall University. Survivors in addition to her parents include: Husband: John Andrew Kaczynski of the home 쳌@ Daughters: Michelle Kaczynski Carlson and husband Eric - Charlotte, NC Amy Kaczynski - Charleston, WV Living brothers: Bill Stewart of Greensburg, PA Living sisters: Nancy Offenberger - Vienna, WV Sharon Marchese - Pittsburgh, PA Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Craven-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Father That Son officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell. Friends may call: 9:30am-11:00am on Saturday, October at the funeral home.
