Pearl Mae Duvall

Pearl Mae Duvall, age 80, of P.O. Box 1048, Bramwell, WV, died on Friday, July 3, 2009 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. Born on November 18, 1928, in Leckie, WV, she was a daughter of the late Ellis and Katie Brown Anders. She had lived in Bramwell for the past 30 years and was a member of the Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Howard Duvall, a grandchild, 2 sisters, and 2 brothers. Survivors: Sons: Earl Howard Duvall, Jr. of Marion, VA Donald Ray Duvall of the home James William Duvall of Marion, VA Daughters: Peggy Mae Fitzko of Bramwell, WV Martha Jane Clark of Bland, VA Sandy Kay Marcum of Bramwell, WV Barbara Jean Meade of High Point, NC Linda Morgan of Welch, WV Patty Sue Holleman of Leckie, WV Elizabeth Ann Jessee of Princeton, WV Sisters: Hattie Day of Leckie, WV Mary Jane Sizemore 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 6, 2009 at 3:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Danny Scott and Rev. Mary Lambert officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA. Her grandsons will be serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Monday afternoon from 1:00 – 3:00 PM prior to the service.
