Jesse S Scott, Jr.

Jesse S. Scott, Jr. age 55, of Route 5 Box 447-B (Stoney Ridge), Bluefield, WV, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at a Bluefield hospital. Born on February 7, 1954 in Roanoke, VA, he was a son of the late and the late Jesse S. Scott, Sr. and Margaret I. Linkous Scott Sturdevant. He had been a resident of the Bluefield area for most of his life and was of the Baptist faith. He was a motor repairman. Survivors in addition to his mother include: Wife: Judy M. Camp Scott of the home Sons: Shane Scott and companion Tabitha of Bluefield Coy Justin Scott and wife Michelle of Bluefield Step-daughter: Jessica Parker and husband Robert of Bluefield Step-son: Roy Camp, Jr. and wife Dara of Princeton Grandchildren: Tanner, Brooke, Tiffini, Kristin, and Matthew Sister: Deborah Hampton and husband Robert of Bluefield Uncle: William W. Scott of Roanoke, VA Aunt: Lora Lowe of Bluefield, WV Stepfather: John Sturdevant Stepgrandchildren: Sarah and Austin Parker of Bluefield Breanna and Brady Camp of Princeton Special friends: Allen and Connie Kitts of Bluefield Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Buck Mitchem officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Princeton where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
