Patricia (Patty) Coe Johnson

Patricia (Patty) Coe Johnson, 51, of Box 323 Anawalt, West Virginia went to be with Jesus and her many friends and relatives who have preceded her, and especially her “Granny Coe” on Tuesday, September 15, 2009. Born October 07, 1957 in Tazewell, Virginia she was the daughter of Herman L. Coe of Anawalt, WV and Shirley William Coe Blush of Anawalt, WV. Patty was a lifelong resident of McDowell County. She was a member of the Long Point Baptist Church. She had any friends and loved ones. Everyone that she met loved her. Patty’s goodness and kindness were reflected in her love for all of the good little things in life that GOD gave her. Left to cherish her memory includes her: Father Herman L. Coe of Anawalt, West Virginia Mother Shirley William Coe Blush of Anawalt, West Virginia Daughter Elizabeth Johnson Garrett and husband Dustin of Hickory, NC. Grandchildren Beverly, Makayla and Dokota Sister Marjorie (Libby) Corner and husband Timmy of Anawalt, West Virignia Nieces and Nephews Melissa DeWeese Timmy (“T”) Corner, Jr. and wife Missy Tammy Corner Jimmy Corner and wife Stephanie Great Nieces Rileigh, Kirsten, Joslyn, Alyssa, McKenzie and McKailyn Special Cousins Pam Coe, Tammy Dillon and Kathy Fowler Special Aunt and Uncle Eula and Lacy Farmer Special Caregiver Debra Thomson Special Friends Mila Presley and Mickey Brewster The family wishes to recognize her special neighbor Lawrence Head whom she loved very much. Patty will be sadly missed by many cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends and neighbors Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 18, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at the Long Point Baptist Church in Spencer Curve (Anawalt) West Virginia. With the Reverned Donnie Farmer and Reverned Mary Lambert officiating the service.
