Thelma F. Morgan, 80, a resident of Cleveland, TN, formerly of the Welch area, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2009, in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and retired teacher. She was a member of the Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Lillian Frasher, as well as her husband, Eugene B. Morgan, two brothers: Howard Frasher and Ralph Frasher; and three sisters: Beatrice Bowers, Elizabeth Frasher and Hazel Bartram.
She is survived by two sons: Douglas Morgan and wife Jewell of Cleveland, and Kevin D. Morgan and wife Elizabeth of Citrus Springs. FL; four grandchildren: Douglas Morgan and Cindy Hartline of Cleveland, and Seth and Kenneth Morgan of Citrus Springs, FL; one great-grandson, Gavin M. Hudnet of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at l:00 p.m. Monday, October 12, 2009 At Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, West Virginia, with Reverend Steve Walker officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton.
Her family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, October 11, 2009, at the funeral home.
